Motion Simulators

Ricmotech Events’ motion racing simulators transform an ordinary event into an immersive, high-energy experience. By combining responsive motion, panoramic visuals, force-feedback steering, and performance-grade pedals, each simulator lets guests feel the acceleration, braking, cornering, and movement of a real race car. We can tailor the experience to your event, audience, and brand—from individual driving sessions to organized competitions with custom vehicles, tracks, leaderboards, commentary, lighting, and branded digital content.

Motion simulators do more than entertain—they attract attention, increase guest participation, and create memorable interactions with your organization. The excitement of racing naturally encourages friendly competition, conversation, and social sharing, making the experience ideal for trade shows, corporate functions, team-building programs, customer appreciation events, promotions, and private celebrations. Ricmotech’s experienced staff handles delivery, setup, testing, operation, and guest assistance, allowing your team to focus on the event while we deliver a professional, engaging activation.

The simulator is built around a rigid racing cockpit equipped with a head-restraint seat, precision direct-drive force-feedback steering, paddle shifters, and racing-style pedals featuring a force-sensitive brake. A PC-based simulation engine provides realistic vehicle physics and responds dynamically to driver inputs, while the three-axis motion system and tactile vibration hardware translate vehicle behavior, engine activity, road texture, curbing, impacts, and traction changes into physical feedback.

Visual output is delivered through a single 43-inch, low-latency 4K display or a 49″ ultra-wide display configured for clear sightlines and responsive driving. Anti-glare adjustments support operation in outdoor and high-ambient-light environments. An integrated, driver-focused in-seat audio system delivers localized engine, tire, transmission, and environmental sound, helping maintain immersion without requiring excessive external volume. Together, these systems provide a compact, accessible, and technically advanced simulation platform suitable for entertainment, competition, training-style demonstrations, and branded event activations.

FAQs

Our simulators come with an experienced tech/operator who will be on hand to assist event attendees.

No, the presentation should be performed by a member of your local law enforcement. Teaching the DUI awareness class with the involvement of a police officer provides invaluable insights and real-world perspectives that enhance the learning experience. Police officers bring a wealth of experience from their roles in law enforcement, allowing them to share firsthand accounts of the consequences of impaired and distracted driving, including the impact on individuals, families, and communities. Their expertise not only lends credibility to the training but also fosters a respectful and serious atmosphere, encouraging participants to engage deeply with the material. By having an officer lead the class, participants gain a clearer understanding of the laws, the risks of driving under the influence, and the potential legal ramifications, ultimately reinforcing the importance of responsible driving behavior.

The simulators are available as both motion and motionless units.

Incorporating a motion system into a DUI simulator significantly enhances the effectiveness of the training demonstration by providing a more realistic and immersive experience for participants. When drivers navigate the simulator while experiencing the physical sensations of a vehicle in motion—such as tilting during turns and jolting from sudden stops—they gain a deeper understanding of how impaired driving affects vehicle control.

The motion system simulates real-world conditions that can lead to accidents, allowing participants to experience the consequences of distracted or intoxicated driving in a controlled environment. This realistic feedback not only heightens awareness of the dangers of impaired driving but also reinforces the importance of making safe choices behind the wheel.

Furthermore, by mimicking the actual physical sensations associated with driving under the influence, participants are more likely to retain the lessons learned during the training. This immersive approach fosters a stronger emotional connection to the material, making the training more impactful and memorable. Overall, the addition of a motion system transforms the DUI simulation from a mere educational tool into a powerful experience that drives home the critical message of responsible driving.

Fundraising

Fundraising Events

Racing simulators can be a powerful and innovative addition to fundraising events, offering a unique way to engage participants and generate enthusiasm for the cause. One of the primary benefits is their ability to draw attention and attract a diverse crowd. The thrilling and interactive nature of racing simulators appeals to a wide range of people, making them an excellent tool for increasing attendance and participation at fundraising events. By providing an exciting experience, they help create a buzz around the event, encouraging more people to attend and contribute to the cause.

Another significant advantage of incorporating racing simulators into fundraising events is their potential to boost donations. The competitive and fun nature of the activity can be leveraged to create donation-based competitions or challenges. For instance, participants can be encouraged to make donations to enter the racing competition, with prizes awarded to the top performers. Alternatively, sponsors can pledge to donate a certain amount for every lap completed or for every participant who takes part in the simulation. These interactive donation mechanisms can motivate attendees to contribute more generously while enjoying the thrill of racing.

Racing simulators also offer excellent opportunities for branding and sponsorships, which can further enhance fundraising efforts. Event organizers can partner with local businesses or corporate sponsors to brand the simulators and surrounding areas with their logos and messaging. This not only provides valuable exposure for the sponsors but also generates additional funds for the cause through sponsorship deals. Additionally, the presence of branded racing simulators can elevate the event’s profile, attracting more media coverage and public interest.

Furthermore, racing simulators can help create a memorable and engaging experience that leaves a lasting impression on attendees. Fundraising events often compete with numerous other activities for people’s time and attention, so providing a unique and exciting attraction can set the event apart. The immersive and exhilarating experience of racing simulators can ensure that attendees have a positive and memorable time, increasing the likelihood that they will support future fundraising efforts and spread the word to others.

Moreover, racing simulators can be used to educate participants about the cause in a creative way. Informational displays, videos, or presentations can be integrated into the simulator area, providing attendees with insights into the cause while they wait for their turn or watch others race. This seamless integration of entertainment and education can help raise awareness and deepen attendees’ understanding of the cause, fostering a stronger emotional connection and commitment to the fundraising goals.

In conclusion, racing simulators are a valuable asset for fundraising events, offering an engaging and dynamic way to attract attendees, boost donations, secure sponsorships, and create a memorable experience. By combining entertainment with the opportunity to support a worthy cause, racing simulators can significantly enhance the success and impact of any fundraising event.
