With each client, our process begins with a conversation about your goals, your message, and your audience. This focus on “you” helps us to better understand your event, so when the time comes, you have exactly what you want. Our staff will then go to work to tailor all the equipment to create a bespoke experience for your guests. We will assemble the simulators with the proper steering wheel and pedals, display configuration, and motion systems to create the best experience possible. We can optionally add physical branding on the simulators, digital branding on the virtual cars and tracks on screen, and animated branding on the video leaderboards.
Prior to the start of your event, the Ricmotech staff will arrive on-site to set up all the equipment, tune the simulators for the best driving experience possible, and give everything a dry run to ensure everything is ready and running smoothly for your event. Our technical experts will work with your house audio-video system or third-party contractor to integrate the simulator experience as needed for the best presentation possible. Our staff will then remain on site throughout the duration of the event to operate the simulators and assist guests with the virtual racing experience so you can focus on making the most of the addition foot traffic to your area.
Participants race against opponent cars driven by advanced AI. The AI will fight for position, challenge drivers, and even make mistakes of their own.
Custom graphics can be added to the exterior of the simulator to create a cohesive look to your activation.
Drivers create their profile on a touchscreen kiosk which is linked to a barcoded credential.
Features the top drivers and is branded and colorized to represent your corporate image. Leaderboards can be freestanding TV provided by Ricmotech or LED walls supplied by third-parties. A video background creates visual interest.
The cockpit view and "in-car" camera view can be combined with the driver's name, fastest lap time, and overall position.
The cars, track billboards, and banners can be custom branded with your corporate image.
