Mustang 60th Anniversary Celebration – 2024

Mustang 60th Anniversary - Charlotte Motor Speedway

Nearly sixty years ago, Ford unveiled the original Mustang at the World’s Fair in New York. In April 2024, the next chapter of Mustang began with an epic Mustang fan event at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Owners and fans in attendance got a first look at a limited edition 60th Anniversary Appearance Package and tried a new, exclusive Mustang ownership experience rolling out over the next year.

They met Ford Performance racing drivers, up close and personal with monster Mustangs, including the Mustang Mach-E 1400, and saw the entire array of racing Mustangs in one place. Ride-alongs in Mustangs on a drift track and around Charlotte’s famed Roval gave a first-hand taste of not just Mustang performance, but some of the skills they can learn through Mustang’s new ownership experiences.

Racing simulators provided by Ricmotech were on-hand to give drivers a taste of driving the Dark Horse Mustang is like on the Charlotte Roval.

How It Works

A racing simulator can be an incredibly effective booth draw at events, trade shows, and exhibitions. It combines the thrill of virtual racing with the immersive experience of a high-quality simulator setup, creating an attraction that not only grabs people’s attention but keeps them engaged for extended periods.

Unlike passive booth displays, a racing simulator invites attendees to actively participate and engage with the product or service being showcased. By allowing visitors to sit in the driver’s seat and control the virtual car, they develop a personal connection and a deeper understanding of the featured brand and its offerings.

This service is the most cost-effective way to get the benefits of a simulator at your event without the expense of registration kiosks, leaderboards, and back-end servers. Attendees can drive the simulators in a non-competitive environment and get all the motorsport thrills a simulator has to offer.

The simulator can be customized with branding elements such as logos, colors, and graphics, providing exposure for your company. A well-integrated branding strategy reinforces brand recognition and leaves a lasting impression on attendees long after the event has concluded.
Racing simulators are highly shareable experiences. Encouraging participants to take photos or videos during their races and share them on social media platforms can amplify the brand's reach beyond the event itself. Including event-specific hashtags and handles further expands visibility and generates buzz.
Leveraging the inherent excitement and interactivity of a racing simulator, your business can attract a large number of attendees, create a memorable experience, and leave lasting impressions. Simulators are a powerful tool to generate interest, promote engagement, and ultimately drive business growth.

The realistic graphics and responsive controls create an authentic racing experience, making every twist and turn feel as if you’re on a professional race circuit. Whether you’re a seasoned racing enthusiast or a novice seeking an adrenaline-pumping adventure, a Ricmotech Racing Simulator turn-key event guarantees an unforgettable and thrilling experience that will leave you craving for more.
