Rebel Bourbon returned as a multi-race primary sponsor of RCR and Kyle Busch for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series, joining the team under the “Official Bourbon of RCR” banner and bringing an all-new car wrap inspired by bourbon barrels. The partnership kicked off in earnest at the March 2 event at 2025 EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix in Austin, where the No. 8 Rebel Bourbon Chevrolet made its debut. Over the season, the collaboration featured brand-driven activations, fan engagement events, and expanded on the “live against the grain” spirit common to both Busch and Rebel Bourbon.

At the Global Business Travel Association show, Avis Rent-A-Car partnered with us to deliver a standout experiential activation built around high-energy NASCAR-style competition. We brought in four racing simulators that allowed attendees to go head-to-head in authentic stock-car action, creating a constant crowd and plenty of friendly rivalry. Celebrity driver Frankie Muñiz was on site to engage guests, elevate the experience, and add star power to the booth. The result was one of the most talked-about attractions on the show floor and a memorable brand moment for Avis.

Straight Talk Wireless stepped into high gear as an official wireless partner of NASCAR Cup Series under a multi-year deal, and served as the title sponsor of the Straight Talk Wireless 400 at Homestead‑Miami Speedway on March 23, 2025. Their campaign included fan-focused activations such as the “#WinToWave” sweepstakes and on-site events at the NASCAR on Tour / Walmart stops, delivering the brand’s “real unlimited experiences” message to the track audience.

Racing Fan Fest is a free event built around the fandom of Formula 1 and the global cultural phenomena of Race Weeks in the United States. Launched in Miami, in 2022, the off-track event is owned and produced by SWARM, a 360-lifestyle production company. The festival hosts exclusive activations from the best in the sport. From immersive and interactive installations to the apex of innovation and ingenuity, Racing Fan Fest is the ultimate show-and-tell for all types of fans.

To create the right party vibe for this event held in the heart of Wynwood, Ricmotech provided club music to fill the space, lighting effects controlled by AI in sync with the music, and racing decorations to create some great photo ops. A driver registration kiosk was used to collect participant information and a racing leaderboard was automatically populated based on driver performance. On-sim cameras caught all the action and mirrored it on dual spectator screens.

As creative director of PUMA’s F1 partnership, of course A$AP Rocky was present for F1’s Miami to sell his latest motorsport collection, including his first-ever PUMA shoe. As with most Rocky appearances, good ‘fits are a given (maybe a Rihanna sighting too). Rocky’s Miami minute was no exception.

At his PUMA pop-up, Rocky proved his multitasking skills to be top-tier. The musician managed to promote his new gear, have an arcade date night with Rih, and get a cool race ‘fit off all at once. -Morgan Smith

 Nearly sixty years ago, Ford unveiled the original Mustang at the World’s Fair in New York. In April 2024, the next chapter of Mustang began with an epic Mustang fan event at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Owners and fans in attendance got a first look at a limited edition 60th Anniversary Appearance Package and tried a new, exclusive Mustang ownership experience rolling out over the next year.

They met Ford Performance racing drivers, up close and personal with monster Mustangs, including the Mustang Mach-E 1400, and saw the entire array of racing Mustangs in one place. Ride-alongs in Mustangs on a drift track and around Charlotte’s famed Roval gave a first-hand taste of not just Mustang performance, but some of the skills they can learn through Mustang’s new ownership experiences.

Racing simulators provided by Ricmotech were on-hand to give drivers a taste of driving the Dark Horse Mustang is like on the Charlotte Roval.

Subiefest events are the largest gatherings dedicated to Subaru enthusiasts, where fans of the brand come together to celebrate their passion for Subaru vehicles. These events feature a variety of activities such as car shows, autocross competitions, vendor booths, and meet-and-greets with factory pro-drivers and notable figures in the Subaru community. Attendees can showcase their own modified Subarus, participate in technical workshops, and enjoy live entertainment. Subiefest provides a family-friendly environment, fostering a sense of community among Subaru owners and fans while offering opportunities to learn more about the brand and its culture.

Ricmotech provided simulators and simulator support at all nationwide events in the 2023 season, and is scheduled to do the same in 2024.

The National Retail Federation host an annual show every year. This year Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications, was looking to engage booth visitors with their theme; “Accelerate Your Business” Ricmotech was present with one of their motion simulators dressed in a whimsical race car facade for attendees to enjoy.

Florida’s largest traditional, performance and truck show has mnoe than 150 vendors, hundreds of new items and a large car show. This year, Melling Engine Parts sponsored the simulator arena whre the fastest driver took home a Sumsung 55″ TV.
