Training Day combines professional driver coaches to create a virtual race driver school. Participants learn the basics of driving a car at the limit and beyond. Simulators are highly valuable for training purposes, particularly when it comes to initial learning, procedural practice, and risk-free exploration of scenarios. How It Works

In this exhilarating time-trial event, precision and speed are paramount. Drivers maneuver their vehicles, navigating tight turns, accelerating on straightaways, and braking at just the right moment to maintain control and shave off precious milliseconds. Spectators eyes fixate on the roaring vehicles as drivers focus on the fine line between pushing their cars to their limits and maintaining control, fully aware that the smallest mistake could cost them the victory. As the final seconds tick away, the chequered flag signals the end, and the drivers celebrate their accomplishments, knowing that they had pushed themselves and their machines to the absolute edge in this electrifying time-trial motorsports competition.

Participants start by registering at the Driver Check-In Touchscreen Kiosk. Name and contact information is collected.
Drivers are issued a QR coded badge. These can be attached to promotional items or show issued name tags.
Racers wait their turn while being surrounded by samples and displays to connect with your brand.
Driver badges are scanned at the simulator. This assimilates the laps driven with the respective guest.
One of our Simulator Pit-Crew members gives drivers a quick orientation to be sure drivers get the most out of the experience.
Racers are placed in a 3-4 lap race against AI driven opponents. Competition is for the fastest single lap.
We monitor images and driver statistics to display the most exciting content on the main screens.
The main screens can show the driver view, the in-car view, driver name, fastest lap, and overall position.
The competition leaderboard updates live to show the fastest drivers, and can be divided by day or by driver division.

The anticipation was palpable as the engines roared to life, filling the air with a symphony of power. The time-trial competition was about to commence, and the racers could feel the adrenaline coursing through their veins. Each driver sat behind the wheel of their high-performance machines, focused and ready to tackle the demanding track ahead. As the countdown reached its final seconds, the tension built, and as the green flag waved, the cars shot forward, leaving tire marks on the pavement.

As long as the barcode or QR code is unique for each person then it can be used. If additional information is included in the QR code then we can capture that data and prefill the registration form.

Virtual Track Day

A virtual track day using racing simulators offers an immersive and thrilling experience for racing enthusiasts without the need for a physical race track or a real race car. It combines the realism of racing simulations with the convenience and accessibility of virtual reality technology, allowing participants to feel the adrenaline of high-speed racing right at your booth space.

Participants have no set time restriction in this configuration. They are free to drive at their own pace or can drive door-to-door with their colleagues. Optionally, lap times can be recorded for amusement purposes only.

The optional driver check-in kiosk collects leads and is essential when recording lap times.
Participants can simply enjoy a solo driving experience or race against each other in this multiplayer session.
Lap times set by drivers are recorded on the optional leaderboard for bragging rights.

SubieFest Florida 2022

This was the third annual SubieFest Florida held at Daytona International Speedway. Subaru rolled out their hospitality trailer equipped with three Ricmotech simulators. Ricmotech ambassadors Frank and Jose were on-site to tune the simulators and make sure everything was performing in tip top shape. Pro drivers Scott Speed and Bucky Lasek were there to show participants how the pros do it. A good time was had by all.
