With each client, our process begins with a conversation about your goals, your message, and your audience. This focus on “you” helps us to better understand your event, so when the time comes, you have exactly what you want. Our staff will then go to work to tailor all the equipment to create a bespoke experience for your guests. We will assemble the simulators with the proper steering wheel and pedals, display configuration, and motion systems to create the best experience possible. We can optionally add physical branding on the simulators, digital branding on the virtual cars and tracks on screen, and animated branding on the video leaderboards.
Prior to the start of your event, the Ricmotech staff will arrive on-site to set up all the equipment, tune the simulators for the best driving experience possible, and give everything a dry run to ensure everything is ready and running smoothly for your event. Our technical experts will work with your house audio-video system or third-party contractor to integrate the simulator experience as needed for the best presentation possible. Our staff will then remain on site throughout the duration of the event to operate the simulators and assist guests with the virtual racing experience so you can focus on making the most of the addition foot traffic to your area.
